08:00 – 11:00 hours
GENERAL
– The price is per apartment and not per person.
– Maximum number of infant crib in a room is 1.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge.
– The accommodation does not include meals.
– Private parking is for free within the accommodation area.
– Individually controlled A/C and heating is not charged.
DEPOSIT – PAYMENT
During communication with our hotel, you will be asked for a deposit of 35% of the total amount which will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable, so that your booking is valid.
All reservations are on “hold” until we receive your deposit for this booking.
NO reservation is considered “confirmed” unless we have received a deposit of the booking.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
You will be asked to pay the remaining amount of the booking (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival at the hotel.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION REQUEST / NO SHOW
Cancellation – No Show
– If canceled up to 60 days before arrival, you will be charged 0% of the entire stay.
– If canceled or modified later than that or if you don’t show up, you will be charged the amount of the deposit (35%).
OTHER CHARGES / TAXES
Prices include taxes, there are no other charges.
